What is the warranty of the beauty machines?

UangelCare offers one year of warranty for the main machine from the purchase date (with the bill), and three months of warranty for handles.

What is the OEM/ODM process?

After receiving your customization needs, our R&D team will develop, and then we will make it into production. From design to assembly and testing, our professional team supervise quality during production. After the production is completed, it will be packaged and shipped to you.

Can I put the private logo on products?

Yes, Private logo can be put on screen, printed on products or package boxes.

Could you design the outlook of products?

Yes, our products are available to be customized as we have professional R&D engineer team. Also our factory could help open mould accordingly then.

Will the product be fragile during shipping?

No, It will not. Our materials are of high quality and every instrument is carefully inspected by our professional team before shipment. Besides, the package is with cood foam inside the carton box/aluminium alloy /wooden box, so it is safe.

How long will it take to receive the machine?
