Do you have a safety certificate?
UangelCare has Medical Device Business License issued by NMPA and passed ISO13485:2016. Most beauty machines of UangelCare gets CE certification, some items registered FDA.
Does UangelCare provide training?
UangelCare provides online or video training for all beauty machines, and if you are fortunate enough to visit, we also offer face-to-face training.
What is the warranty of the beauty machines?
UangelCare offers one year of warranty for the main machine from the purchase date (with the bill), and three months of warranty for handles.
What is the OEM/ODM process?
After receiving your customization needs, our R&D team will develop, and then we will make it into production. From design to assembly and testing, our professional team supervise quality during production. After the production is completed, it will be packaged and shipped to you.
Can I put the private logo on products?
Yes, Private logo can be put on screen, printed on products or package boxes.
Could you design the outlook of products?
Yes, our products are available to be customized as we have professional R&D engineer team. Also our factory could help open mould accordingly then.
What is the OEM MOQ?
Big beauty machines OEM MOQ is 5 pcs.
Small beauty machine OEM MOQ is 10-100pcs.
May I custom package?
Yes,the package can be customized, MOQ of customized package quantity will be quoted after checking your logo.
Shipping
Will the product be fragile during shipping?
No, It will not. Our materials are of high quality and every instrument is carefully inspected by our professional team before shipment. Besides, the package is with cood foam inside the carton box/aluminium alloy /wooden box, so it is safe.
How long will it take to receive the machine?
Product production usually takes 3-7 days. Big orders production usually take 20-30days.
It has different modes of transportation and require varying amounts of time for different country. Air and sea transportation in Asian countries usually takes 3-15 days. Assuming you are a customer from a European or American country, if you choose international express delivery, the transportation will take 7-15 days; If you choose sea freight, the transportation will take 45-60 days.

How can I place an order?
If you want to purchase a product, please contact customer service to inquire about the price, and we will provide you with a quotation based on the actual product price and shipping cost. UangelCare will produce the products once receive your payment, and send tracking number to you once the parcel sent.
Will I get return or refund for my order?
Due to the huge cost of international transportation, we do not provide return services. If the beauty devices you receiving is damaged during transportation or due to quality issues during use, we will provide product accessories and videos to help you repair it, or we will bear a partial refund to compensate for your loss.
What type of payment does UangelCare accept?
If your order is below $3000, UangelCare accepts payment via PayPal or Western Union. If your order exceeds $3000, we recommend that you make payment via T/T.
